Steve's New Band is Serious

I went to see my old friend Steve Sharpen's new band "Harm" play tonight at G.P. Grumpies in Hamilton. Good work guys! Lots of good songwriting. Steve has lost none of his showmanship since we rocked out in highschool together, and Rico knew how to kick the night into high gear by showing a little skin.

G.P. Grumpies was another story... The sign out front promised a Sports Bar and Grill, which was pretty exciting to me as I had totally missed dinner. As it turns out, "Grill" means "Rack of Potato Chips Behind the Bar." And did you know they still smoke in bars in Hamilton? Man, it's like a whole other world over there.
