TJ and I decided that the best time to take a business trip to Edmonton would be during the coldest days on record. Now I know that certain people at my place of work think that they've had some freezing cold business trips, but I must claim victory in this domain and as proof I offer a new phrase I learned today: Ice Fog.
Ice fog can only form in temperatures below -35C. Not including wind chill.
